Hair is effected by various factors and ,as the result, they loose shine and look messy. Dandruff, split ends, hair loss damaged hair- all these problems have become very common. Split hair tips are brittle and look dull. This problem often occurs after frequent perms and coloring, the use of alkaline soap and hot dryer – all these factors lead to dryness of hair, loss of natural lubrication and moisture.
There are some tips to treat damaged hair. It is better to use regenerative healing shampoo with lecithin, vitamin B5, chamomile extract, lime blossom or mint instead of usual shampoo. And buy wooden or plastic brush with large sparse bristles. Use special cream or balm that is applied on hair tips after washing and you don’t need to wash it out. Cream or liquid covers hairs like a protective layer and at the same time restore them from the inside. To get rid of split ends use a hair mask with almond or olive oil, apply it for 30 minutes once a week before washing. Morrocan Oil is also a good way for hair recovery. There is a whole collection of means for hair care- special shampoo, conditioner and oil. If you have split hair, you should avoid direct sunlight and hide it in windy or frosty weather. If you can not refuse to color your hair, choose coloring agents with therapeutic effect, which moisturize and nourish hair well, making it nice and shiny. But you should wait and think twice before making permanent wave as it is extremely unrecommended. Do not wash your hair with too hot or too cold water: the optimal water temperature is 35-45 C. If you have oily hair type, it would be better if you wash your hair with warm water. You should not apply shampoo to dry hair: first of all you need to wash hair with water, then drain a bit of shampoo on the top of your head, rub it slowly and gently into the scalp and hair. Try not to wash your hair t often- two times a week is best of all. After you have washed your hair, wait a bit so that they become dry and only after that comb it. It is recommended to start combing from the roots if hair is short, and – with the ends, gradually moving to the roots if it is long. Regular use of a hair dryer is not recommended, but if your hair requires styling with a hair dryer, it should be on cold drying mode, holding the dryer at a distance not less than 40 cm from the head. The right hair nutrition is also very important. You may apply home-made masks using chamomile extract, egg-white and so on. Such masks nourish hair and make it shiny and healthy. It is important to understand that hair care, as well as care for any other part of the body is a life experience. Hair care is a constant process that you can’t quit or neglect. Otherwise, your hair will again loose shine and beauty.
